Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP aka LIHEAP)

The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) provides an annual energy bill payment on behalf of the eligible applicant. The amount of this payment is calculated based on the household size, household income and the amount of the energy bill in relation to the household size and income.
