Please use your 16-digit Liberty Utilities account number for payments. This number begins with “88” and is located in the upper right corner of your monthly statement.

With our One Time Payment option, payments can be made using a credit card, ATM debit card or checking account. A fee of $3.50 (residential) or $8.95 (commercial) will be collected for each transaction. This is an administration fee that is collected by the payment service provider. Liberty Utilities does not profit from this fee.

Automatic Checking Account Deductions

YYou never have to worry about paying your bill on time with this convenient service known as Bank Draft/Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). With this option, money is automatically deducted from your checking account on the due date on your bill.

There is no convenience fee charged.

To pay by mail, please return the lower portion of your statement along with a check or money order in the envelope provided with your bill. The remittance address below must show through the envelope window.

NOTE: Please allow 7-10 business days for payment to post to your account. If you are paying a past due account please contact a customer service representative at 1-800-782-2506 and confirm your payment.
