Paying your utility bill has never been easier. We have several convenient payment options to help you pay your bill.

Please use your 16-digit Liberty Utilities account number for payments. This number begins with “88” and is located in the upper right corner of your monthly statement.

A third-party convenience fee is charged: $3.50 for residential accounts (minimum payment of $5; maximum payment of $600) and $8.95 for commercial accounts (minimum payment of $5; maximum payment of $1,200; Rate Codes E50, E5A, E52 only).

You can either use our 24/7 automated payment system or speak with a customer service representative Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Automatic Checking Account Deductions

You never have to worry about paying your bill on time with this convenient service known as Bank Draft/Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). With this option, money is automatically deducted from your checking account on or after the due date on your bill.

There is no convenience fee charged

To pay by mail, please return the lower portion of your statement along with a check or money order in the envelope provided with your bill. The remittance address below should show through the envelope window.

Liberty Utilities locations accept credit card, debit card, electronic check, paper check and cash. If paying by credit card, debit card or electronic check, there is a third-party convenience fee (same as on-line charges).

Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your credit card, debit card and electronic check payment to post to your account. No convenience fee is charged for a paper check or cash payment made in person. If you are paying a past due account, please confirm your payment with a customer service representative.

Please be aware CheckFreePay® Wal-Mart locations will accept cash and debit only. Wal-Mart does not accept checks. Please allow 12-24 hours for your payment to post to your account. If you are paying a past due account please contact a customer service representative and confirm your payment.

You may walk-in to a Liberty Utilities office or authorized CheckFreePay location to pay your bill.
